Update on the land!!

Since talking to the guy the first day, he changed the price. He wanted 1200 for the lease. I asked if he'd do $800 for the season, then we could do the $1,200 for the next full year. He agreed, and is letting me do $100 monthly payments. So I guess I'll be setting up stands and feeders this weekend!!! So with me and my buddy splitting it, this is too good to pass up!!
