Bigger pens with feeders away from the edges. Use plenty of T-post too.

Yeah Brian...I bet the deer would love that little extra incentive.

OP...as already stated, more t-post and a strand of barbed wire on top should do it.

Then, in my opinion you need to go with a some good corner post and stretch 4 strands of wire.

I have deer that jump my electric fence in my pastures every day. Not an issue.

You may have to ditch the T posts, especially at corners and other key spots. Use cedar, mesquite or even railroad cross ties. If that's wire, pull it tighter and make sure it's secure. A strand of barbed wire at the top wouldn't hurt either.

Huh? Took me two weeks to learn that low hog panel stuff wasn't going to work...[emoji51]

I bought a whole new stack of cattle panels and 42" goatwire and never had a problem since with 4 large pens.

OP. Looks like TBH has it narrowed down to 20 different " guaranteed" options for you. Chose wisely[emoji13][emoji23]

Well, when the cows can lean over and lick your feeder.....they're gonna walk it down!

use real cattle panels and not wire

Wait a minute! Hold the phone! Stop the presses!
What I'm hearing is that one should use panels, make it taller, with more T-posts, adding a strand of barbed wire at the top, and maybe a hot wire to stop an 1,800lb eating machine from getting into feed pens????

If you are going to use that net wire you will need some barbed wire at the top and bottom to stop them from either pushing it down or lifting it up and going under it.
