Allright guys. I have a bowtech rpm 360 and have owned a bowtech experience. I have had trouble keeping them bare shaft tuned for more then 3 months. The strings/ cables will stretch just enough to throw it out. I really like tuning them because it's so easy but I want it to stay there when I get it tuned. I have tried all kinds of strings and cables and they all stretch. So I guess what I'm asking is do you have any suggestions or would a a different cam system be better to stay in tune. I'm keeping them in the a/c when not in use

I had an RPM360 in 2014 and used Bow String Depot strings and it bareshaft tuned and stayed that way all season. My OEM strings had the serving unraveling within 2 weeks of purchasing new and Bowtech said too bad. So I switched to BSD and the bow always shot great. It seems like something is going on that even Vaportrail won't stay in tune. Any quality string shouldn't be creeping so fast that you are having problems that soon.

Went to alvarado and found my release was way right. Funny thing is I could walk back tune and windage seemed dead on out to 60.

452X is the standard by which all other string materials are measured. If built correctly it will give you thousands of arrows worth of stabile shooting. There are other good string materials that have come out in the last few years, like Fury, that are also very good and may even surpass 452X someday.
STRETCH is really the wrong term as all strings have some elasticity; they will all stretch and then rebound into the original length, this is stretch. ELONGATION is what kills the tune. This is when a string stretches but does not rebound, it stays stretched out.
A good string maker will pre-stretch the strings and cables so all the elongation is removed and this keeps the strings the correct length.
There are many good string makers right now, some have already been listed. Others include:
Corbin's
Catfish Customs
Winner's Choice
60X
I've installed them all, and they are all good strings, but I think that Catfish is probably the cheapest right now. But like I said, there are a LOT of good string makers right now.

I shoot out to 80. But it's not that often. On a good day, I can hold a 5 inch group. Not the best but not the worst. Slick tricks were flying with field points out to 60 last year. Didn't shoot them further. I'd like to tighten my groups at distance up, but that would probably take making custom arrows to insure each one is identical to the other and really micro tuning the crap out of it. But I don't have the tools for the arrows nor the experience on tuning...
