    Birds migrating?

Woke up to a good N wind this morning and cooler temps today coupled with a full moon, I would think that combo might bring a decent push of ducks for the teal opener.

Saw some big ducks on the national seashore today. Looked like a group of about 15 redheads. Teal were on a few of their ponds as well.

Saw a group in garwood yesterday. Leaving work tiday in Edna and group of bout 100 came over and from the north. Hope it pushes more down and the conditions are right.

Same here. I'm hoping the cold front brings dove with it.

Ain't seen a duck one, but a robin stopped by the other day and Monarch butterfly yesterday both are several weeks early. Maybe some new dove arrivals will show up around the watering hole this weekend.

I also saw my first monarch of the year on Sunday.

Hunt out near Jayton and we had a group of 25 or so teal fly to the pond while dove hunting on Saturday.

Birds have been in the southern panhandle/south plains all summer. I was referring to a big push of migrators. Just seems like the perfect conditions of a full moon timed front

I noticed quite a few bluewings coming through on Sunday morning. At least 250 came over our dove field and then I saw several more bunches on the river when we floated that afternoon.
