Addicks/Barker and Brazos?

I know that they said the Brazos was looking at a 59 foot crest near Richmond/Rosenburg which would be almost 5 feet more than the all-time record. Is this still this case?

Also, what is the status of the Addicks/Barker release? Is the dam in danger of failing? That would be beyond catastrophic... I know they were starting release water sometime today but I know that parts of Cinco and Kelliwood have flooded...

The Brazos is still projected to reach 59' and stay there for several days. Sure hope they over estimated by a couple of feet.
