One that starts when you need it.

    Honda is my pick.

I've only had one and it was the Honda eu2000 and it was perfect. Always started on 2nd pull and quiet as can be. I bought it to run my boys pitching machine and just to have portable back up power. I loved it right up til it got hijacked. I will get another one and it will be a Honda EU2000 or EU3000. Might get two 2000s and link em together when more power is needed.

Honda EU 3000 inverter generator. Quiet, dependable, and runs awhile on 3 gallons of gas.

I have a Honda 2000. If I used one more often I'd go with two and pair them together. They are just so dang portable.

Ask yourself how much you want to spend and what type of generator you want.

If you don't want to spend a lot but want a inverter generator, then look into the champion inverter generator.

If you want to spend $2000+ on a 3000 watt generator then buy a Honda.

I have a couple of the Honda eu2000s never an issue. I hear good things about the Yamaha 2400 inverter also. Quiet, very little fuel consumption, very light easy loafing unloading, can hook up two together for the extra needed watts(not sure this is a plus ) and proven reliability.

IDK if mines the best... But it starts every time......
And it runs on gas or LP.
And LP stores for ever.... or there abouts......

best is Honda inverter. If budget is a concern, champion inverter has been great.

Honda 6500 set up to run on prophane or gas but I would only run gasoline in it if I could not find prophane.
