I guess it's a lost cause with the weather coming. Haven't heard officially but I can't imagine it will happen much less be worth the trip.

Anyone else having to adjust their plans?

I was going to the Cleveland,Tx Outdoor expo this weekend. I may still if it's not too bad. I might get a good deal on something if no one else shows up

Item 10 on the booth contract:

In the event of fire, strikes, rioting, hurricanes, civil disorder, or other circumstances making it impossible to operate the Exhibit Hall to be
determined within the discretion of TTHA, this Agreement shall become null and void. A full refund of deposit will be made, or, at the option of
the Exhibitor, will be transferred towards the cost of future exhibits.

They are full of you know what, one year in Houston we had a tropical storm
And spent the entire time just hanging out with other exhibitors, it was a ghost town. No early breakdown of the booth and a empty promise of a refund
We instead got a 1/2 size booth in a cruddy zone the next time we booked
Maybe things have changed with new management
