Those peppers look good! I've been picking the devil out of peppers off my "Hatch" chili plants.
Got almost 3 gallons so far from 13 plants. Once they turn red, they get real sweet like a red bell pepper. I've been pickling a few with some red and green chili, and japs that I'm grow-n also. Freezing some of the hatch for later. And will make some salsa from them. They are also the same pepper as an Anaheim. Only difference is location where they are grown. Hatch come from the Hatch valley New Mexico. Anaheim come from the Anaheim valley Californa. In my case, they are "Burleson chilies" from the "Burleson, Texas" valley.

            Awesome Never knew that.

Brothers and I went to Hatch and Rincon New Mexico to pick chili at both of my uncles farms in Hatch and Rincon.

Fun times but hardest back breaking work we did as preteens.

            Good memories.

I'm going to roast and put up several sacks from various farms up the mid rio Grande valley. Everyone is working roasters and the smell is tremendous.
