Making a Sunday gravy I'll probably eat on all week.

Making a pork gravy to put over rice with a side of corn maque choux. What are y'all having?

Just started on mine browning the meat in the oil as we speak.

2 lbs of deer round been marinating in rojo fajita seasoning for 2 days. Sautéed Hatch chile and onion mix with avocado, salsa verde and corn tortillas.
