Aarowprop.com for reduction and even prop too. Call them, they're a wealth of knowledge.
You can fab up your shroud yourself
Use a plate that bolts to the back of the motor around the shaft then build off that. Usually use 1/2-3/4 square tubing for a cheap one.

Like was said, bow fishing country is a good place to start

Make sure your not grounded through the boat. I didn't ground mine properly and electrolysis took over. Had many hours of welding to repair it. Good luck

I used arrowprop for my air boat. Good folks to deal with! And. X10000000 on what rio frio said.

Bad pictures but here is my light rail. Saved me more than once from having a rouge wave roll over the bow. Pisser light is pictured too. I have a troller rig so a good push pole has kept my feet dry many times!!

Called ArrowProp and they said there was no need to run a reduction in my set up.

I ordered a 36" three blade 14 pitch prop and hub assembly should receive it in a week and half

Ross, are you gonna do the rigging yourself?

Buddy of mine (also in POC) has two lengths of chain about 4 feet long hooked to the rear handles. When we get to the spot he chunks them out. Claims it helps the boat track straight better. It for sure helps locate fish you miss cause you can turn around and see two lines in the mud from the chain and find the fish

As mentioned some sort of lights on the gunnels to light up the floor. I also like one a under the gigging platform that shines toward fish/beer coolers.

Something like this is pretty handy as well

Haven't completely decided - just for time
sake alone. It's a busy time of year so taking it somewhere for rigging may be the more efficient option.
