40:1/50:1 multi mix ratio pre-mix fuel, how does this work?

I run 40:1 in 50:1 and 50:1 in 40:1. Whichever I have on hand. Been doing it for 22+ years and never had a problem.

I dump one of them little oil bottles in a gallon or less of gas and never have a problem with weed eater or chainsaw. So it's 40/45:1 always works...

I use it all the time. Saws, trimmer, and blower runs like a top. I tune my chainsaws using it and the rpm was just fine.
