Odds are far from fair and no where near good. More like needle in a haystack but someone has to win

Elephant last year was over 2,000 applicants ,they're giving 4 permits...

I had 6 mule deer points last year and drew Yoakum Dunes. That was 1 permit out 1248 applicants. I drew WT archery Kerr WMA back to back years in 97 and 98 and drew a gun WT permit for Kerr in 98 also.
