Time and just airing out would be my guess. But I would try pine sol.

If it got on the carpet or upholstery, you can try sprinkling some baking soda, letting it sit a while, and vacuuming it up. That's my only thought. Good luck

Run an ozone generator in there after a very thorough cleaning.

Put a pan of coffee inside your truck it will soak up a lot of the smell.

This. Only thing that will actually eliminate the odor and not just mask it

Yup, we had a tomato roll out of a grocery bag and rot in my wife's car....dadgum that was foul! We cleaned it up as best we could and ran my Ozonics in there twice (from full battery charge to battery death) and Bingo smell gone.

No I don't work for Ozonics.

If you have a steam cleaner you can kill the bacteria that is causing the smell. I bought a used truck and the dealer did a great job covering up the smoke smell from
Previous owner. Once it got hot outside the smell came back. I bought a small steamer and used it carefully in the ac vents, headliner etc. it worked. Baking soda boxes and the bags of carbon from Walmart.

Go buy a bunch of Chick Fil A, seems like that smell takes over a vehicle for a few days.

I'm no actual help by the way.
