I saw a lot of deer on the stand yesterday evening. But, not the shooters. I wasn't able to go out this morning. I have to get some work done. It's suppose to rain today. Depending on how hard it rains, I'll sit out this evening.

I’m a bit biased but I believe our place is a rare beauty. Open hardwood Creek bottom with a few hay pastures. I thank God everyday we were so blessed with such a beautiful place.

I had to drive up Kuykendahl to FM 1488 today and was thinking about this again. That's a real pretty stretch of road between Spring Creek and Research Forest and I know there's some big buck down there. It still blows me away though that Montgomery County has pasture land at all. LOL

There is a few south of the creek as well. I used to roll all those streets in creekside forest and watch bucks right at dark.

I could show you a deer or two that came off kuykendahl and stuebner airline not far from 1960 also
