Hunting Point Blank, Tx

My uncle is on a lease in Point Blank. Does anyone hunt in and or around the area? Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated.

Patience....Hunted off FM 980 there near Riverside. May see a good buck, but too slow for me...The pine curtain can give up some good bucks..
