Lighted Nocks?

How much effect does adding a lighted nock to your arrows cause?
Do they change arrow flight after you sight in bow without them?

Do you use them? If so, what type do you recommend?

I've used lumanocks and another generic brand (don't remember the name). I've never noticed a difference in arrow flight.

I use Burt Coyote Lumenoks. Work just fine. Use the Search function for lot's of comments on this subject.

I've seen that they affect my heavier set up more than my lighter ones. I have since then just quit using them and now I use reflective wraps under my vanes and have had good success finding my arrows with this method
