We hadn't updated since 2010, and we were on flash so most devices couldn't even access it. Depending on how much you want to spend he will also do all of the SEO stuff for you. I did all of that myself, he just downloaded YOAST SEO to my wordpress before giving me the reigns. He's very good, and is the oldest web designer in houston.
