I don't have any issues. I have a primos (don't know the model). I've had it for 5 years. I've had it set in a few different spots but for no longer than 6 months. I start with whatever side I'm on. Never had a problem at all. So I guess I'm no help there. But I bet I just set some voodoo on myself.

I have pretty much followed systemnt procedure, but I will try unzipping the door first, collapse the roof, and go from there and see what happens. Thanks.

My Double Bull says pull top down first. Always feels like a rod will snap. I got so p___ off raising last time and cracking a rod I put tent stakes in and left it up.

agree with all of the above I don't say bad words but a popup will bring out a few at least most of the time the only thing around are brush and snakes.
