I am applying for a management position at the place I work. My boss seems real interested but the only thing worrying him is me only being 20 and still in college. Good luck! If you believe in yourself and your abilities, you should have no problem convincing him. I don't think I would mention the part about it helping with other ranches and leases in the future though. This will only worry him more about you leaving.

That is another one of his concerns with this just being my college job. We aren't paid a whole lot and he knows we are going to leave unless we get into management and get taken Care of a little better.
