I don't know how it will turn out but I dropped the ball on the playoff method. I was going to go with the Rube Goldberg method I had for the Open. Since I did not declare it lets go with one Roy D Mercer sent me earlier. I don't have a working wifi and and using my phone so I will just hope we don't have to use it. I forwarded to The Committee. If we need it I can get it. Right now I hoping KK does an El Foldo. This has been an exciting final day.

Paul, Go back to the first thread we started posting these tournaments. Use the tie breaker from the one furthest back you can find. That's only fair. I know I made up some rules way way back. I can't find any.

Here's the RDM method and what we will use if needed:


in the event of a tie and both players have a fifth player qualify add that score to determine a winner.

if only 1 participant has a fifth qualifier he wins.

if there is still a tie after fifth is added then the same would be done with a 6th qualifier.

if only 1 person has a 6th qualifier then he wins.

if still tied the person that had the best overall (lowest)score on their teams wins.

if there is still a tie im ****ed if I know what to do.

if still tied probably need to do a score card playoff using their lowest or highest scoring qualifier. This could be done starting at the #1 handicap hole and going backwards until someone wins a hole.
