Maui Jim Customer Service

Sent both my pairs in a couple years ago after the dog got them both weeks apart. Replaced and sent them back with dog treats to occupy the dog. About to send both pairs in again for new lenses. It will take a lot for me buy anything other than maui jim. Had these for over 5 or 6 years now

That's good to hear about the CS. Our company gave everyone a pair of Maui Jims of our choice for Christmas.

I will be looking into this I'm a costa owner have had 2 pair and won't buy again. IMO customer service stinks.

costa has good customer service but Ive had to use it way more then I like. None of my costa's last and the longest I think has been about 8 months before the frames start peeling or nose piece starts coming. The glass lenses are awesome but just the frames are crap. May have to try a pair of Maui Jim's
