Biggest I have taken was right at 300. I would consider a mount with the one you took! Something about them old wise boars is a true trophy to me!

Forgot to answer your other questions lol.... night optics thermal, caliber was a 6.8 spc. Total of 5 shots to turn is lights off. 4 to put him down, 5th shot was about 10 yards away. When walking up to him he tried standing up on his front legs. Hogs are tough. But these big hogs are another breed of tough it seems like.
