Just lost my lease in Hunt county. Pretty bum out. I've been feeding all year long and setting new stands up lately. The land owner has now decided to use my part for a cattle lease. Now looking for a lease anywhere from within a couple of hours of DFW. PM me for any leads. Thanks

Not sure why the Landowner wouldn't want money from grazing as well as hunting.

Have you asked why you can't hunt even if cows are on the Property?

Have you left the Property clean when you leave? Or made Improvements?

I hunt on lease property with cows and we keep the Landowner fully informed Of any and all activities that we see that are out of line. He appreciates our info.

Maybe you have had the conversation with the Landowner, but if you haven't and you like the Property, I would.

Yes, I have done everything. She is downsizing her herd and moving her cattle to one side. The side I don't hunt. The part I hunt is now being leased to a guy for just cattle. She said he as the all the rights. I asked her to ask him if he would allow me to hunt, even just bow hunt. She did and the guy does not want to split the land or let me hunt. I have had several people tell me she is probably making a lot more money of the cows.
