First Tri Tip.

Tri Top roast.
Used a Weber grill. Put all the charcoal on one side. Seasoned both side before cooking.
Cooked over very high heat for 4 minutes each side.
Then moved to the other side until 140 inside.
Let it rest about 10 minutes.
It was rare inside.
Sliced very thin.
It was just amazing.
Next time I'll try and take more picture...
