What are you looking to do with it? You should be able to get a Astro 320 for considerably cheaper.

Would LIKE a track and train set up... but i already have a training collar that works fine.

Dog primarily a blood tracker, but also dove retriever.

The Astros ive seem were 650 new, but thats the new one. Is the 320 an older model?

I've been using an Alpha for the last 3 years. Zero issues with hand held or collars..it has never let me down. I found the garmin birdseye image subscription to be completely useless you just need one small area. I don't use it.

Yes the 320 is an older model, the 430 just came out this year. The Alpha is the best for training as switching dogs or intensity levels have be time consuming or difficult on the fly.
