Queens and Coyotes

This week I will be traveling to South Texas to hunt coyotes with two former Miss Rodeo Texas Queens, Devin Sisk and Rosanna Pace. It seems that these young ladies can handle a rifle about as well as a horse.

This was the most fun hunt that we had last season. These young ladies were so coachable and genuinely excited to be hunting. We need more of this on outdoor TV and less "Bubba and I went hunting"....

how in the heck do you become a rodeo queen, I mean is there some sort of pagent or something ?

Yes, there is and it is held in San Antonio. It lasts for a couple of days where they judge you on everything from knowledge of the sport to horsemanship to beauty and public speaking.
