    Victoria Tx - Kenedy Tx

I know I'm shooting for the stars here, but I'm looking for a small place to hunt between Victoria and Kenedy. Any leads would be great.

I think stars would be easier to obtain than a small lease in that area. To start with there are very few ranches in that area....most are controlled by just a few families.

Actually, there are a ton of leases, small and big, in that area. Most go by word of mouth though.
OP keep asking around is all I know to tell ya. For the most part if you see one advertised, they are too expensive or not good. Good luck!

I looked at one a couple years ago off 239. It was a nice piece of property but high dollar and tons of rules that made it not worth the hassle. I make the drive everday for work. Sure would be nice to stop by the lease on the way home.

I did just remember one lead though. Stop in at the little store in Weesatche sometime. The man that owns it does have some small tracts that he leases. I remember last summer he was looking to fill a spot or two. I have no idea if still open or any good but can't hurt to check.

There were a couple on Craig's list but they were very high priced.
