I've seen these in the store but have never used one. Is the kind that drips during the day any good? Is there one kind that works any better than they other? Or is is just a waste of money?

Yes sir I do. I have gotten pics of bucks on mock scrapes that never show up on a feeder. Same as AntlerCollector, I have used a dripper some, and some of the bottled sprays with variable results. I too, have just started them by roughing up the ground with a stick and peeing in them with good results also. Just make sure to keep your back to the camera or turn it off when you do this!!!
