Another plant ID thread

I've Googled it and think I know what it is, but just wanted to verify. It has taken over in the past couple years. What is it, and how do I get rid of it?

Kill it if you please but it is often browsed by deer and other wildlife like the fruits. A good burn would set it back.

Thank you! Round up doesn't seem to kill it. I wouldn't mind it, if it wasn't in the area I mow with the lawnmower.

That's what it is and I kill it with Round Up. But it seems to come back every year so the Round Up probably doesn't get the root.

Remedy Ultra Specialty Herbicide just a reminder I forgot to add. I would suggest using a very direct application simply apply to the target By Contact and Not Using a pump up sprayer. Keep in mind Remedy will control basically everything it is applied on particularly if it is adjancent to other trees as well. Simply look it up in this link :
