I know a lot of people that have bought various drones over the years and are either scared to fly (or crash) or never watch or share their footage because they aren't able to edit it into "watchable" clips. It's hard to watch 15-30 minutes of raw footage with no sound or, worse, having to endure the "swarm of bees" sound of the motors/props spinning!

IF I didn't already have the Inspire 1, I probably would have opted for the Mavic instead of the Spark, primarily because of the additional frame rate options (Spark only shoots 30 fps (at 1080). But, since the Inspire 1 provides the capabilities I need for "professional" footage, I opted for the Spark in order to take advantage of the smaller size, weight and cost ($500) (as well as the fast deployment capability - I can have it turned on and in the air within 15 seconds of taking it out of the case).
Here is some sample footage I've taken over the last couple of weeks with the Spark on various trips to Stolle Deer Camp, kayaking the South Llano and Guadalupe, smoking ribs in the back yard, playing on the beach in South Padre and wade fishing the Lower Laguna Madre.
I'll let DJI know to send you a commission. Ordered a Mavic Pro from Adorama after watching this Spark vid!
