I've got both , for breakfast I use the disc for frying taters and the griddle for bacon , eggs and toast the left over burner is for coffee.

Where do they sell the black stone griddle? I know Amazon has them, but I would rather find one local.

Walmart has them. The Cleveland store has the 36" in stock.
