I can't believe I waited so long. I hate to say it but it makes better meals that my big green egg and my cast iron skillet. It puts out a ton of food in a hurry.

AC, just think, you may be responsible for the increase in killing of innocent chickens, goats, deer, sheep, pigs, cattle, horses, and iguanas that are mostly being cooked on Blackstone griddles.

I’m sure there are other critters worthy of mention.

I was able to fit a fourth of a steak on my 36-inch griddle. Tasted pretty good. But I had a flare-up of tennis elbow trying to flip it over
