I had a rig cook for a customer in Cotulla yesterday. Chris tipped me that TSC was having a sale, so I picked one up in Pearsall, put it together in the Flying J parking lot and did a quick seasoning (using lard) on location.
It'll be perfect for tomorrow's tailgate in Aggieland!

I picked one of he 36" models up from tractor supply this week an love it so far. This morning I decided to cook breakfast on it and it's windy on my back porch. The wind really does a number on this thing and makes for a slow cook. I put duct tape arou d the sides but that's a short term patch. Have any of you guys had this problem, an if so how do I combat that. I read that someone changed out the flow low pressure valve, I assume that would be the same type as on my fish fryer. What do y'all think, BJ.
