Bow Only Lease????

Just seeing if anyone may be interested in a bow only lease off of HWY 103 about half way between Lufkin and HWY 7 it's 202 acres. No real details other than it's thick, has a big pipeline right away that hits the property in two different areas, mixed hard woods and pines, has a small pond on it, and part of the place is only accessable by foot. Will post more info as it comes along. A gentleman does have an easement through the front gate to 6 acres. A few pics are attached.

It will be $10 an acre. I am currently working on getting permission to use bow and gun. The guy that had it last year had gun rights so not sure why they moved it to bow only. If I gain access to use guns again then it won't be available, but if it stays bow only then it will be available. That's why I was inquiring on if anyone would want it. It's not suitable for more than 2-4 people divide the cost up how you want.
