Good stuff Eric, a couple of years back I built a spreadsheet that calculates FOC, Mom and KE. Very simple to just plug in measurements and velocity.

I was able to dig it up a few weeks back when you started these threads and have come up with a moderate weight arrow, just under 500 grain and 20% FOC.

If anyone would like it, let me know.

Looks like a good arrow weight. I'm fixing to start on my arrow for this year. It should come in around that 500 mark.
