    Marigolds are also a natural insect repellent for some species of insects. I planted some with my late spring okra. And they are still going very strong. Some are just about 2.5 feet tall. They will fall over if not somehow supported when that tall.

      I plant kale, spinach, broccoli, onions. Lots of greens for salads.

        If it doesn’t rain today I’ll get my carrots planted. So far I’ve got planted

        Kale
        Spinach
        Lettuce
        Green beans
        Cucumber
        Zucchini
        Tomato’s
        Broccoli
        Brussel sprouts
        cabbage
        Chives
        Marigolds
        Cilantro
        Basil


        I still need to plant
        Carrots
        Garlic
        Onion
        Radishes
