I've got a childhood friend that only builds for the top 1% in this area. You will need to roughly know what kind of price your willing to spend before choosing a quality builder.

Honestly our plans changed when someone made an offer on the land we were going to build on. We took the money and ran.

The Ubuildit route was getting to me though. Frank's costs were dang near 10% of the build. Looking at the costs and the headache, I was honestly thinking I would be better off paying $10k more and having a builder do the whole thing. Also, the city of Keller would not let me do my own work which is were my savings would have been. You must have a master plumber, electrician, and a HVAC crew.

He seems like a stand up guy. If its in your budget, he may be a good possibility.
