Alaska!!! - Just returned...
Long story short, I was able to host a crew to go to Alaska for my second time with our church to assist a local Missions group in the Kenai area called "Alaska Missions" - we had a blast helping construct a building that will serve to house future missionaries as they go to serve the native people of Alaska and local residents - and hopefully extend their reach to far away villages throughout the region.
I wanted to share some pics and will add to this post in the days to come but here are a few starters - I'll definitely be making a future trip to fish the river in Cooper Plains and hunt for bear and hopefully bow hunt the caribou migration on the North Slope - our team host in Kenai is hoping to have her guide license by next year and she doesn't usually fall short of her goals!
