We've been hunting my wife's family land for almost 20 years. Her grandfather passed late last year. The kids have decided to sell the property. We went down and did some normal maintenance today on feeders and what-not. Were just praying that the $2.3M price tag will give us the opportunity to hunt 1 more year!

We have 8 stands, 10 feeders, 2 bump feeders and a full house of "camping" gear that would have to be moved. Not looking forward to that phone call.

That sucks. But on a positive note when it sells your wifes going to get a chunk of $2.3 million dollars. Maybe y'all can take the proceeds and buy your own place?

We lost our lease of 20 years a few years back when the owner passed. It took 24 truck with trailer trips to move everything home.
