You have come a long way Dan, and all for the better.

If moving around in the stand was a big problem we'd all still be trying to get our first deer.

This thread makes me miss Arrowhead Archery. It was a lot closer to my house than Texas Archery is now.

I would bet we have probably shot together. We used to go about 3 times a week back then. Good times.

Already learned something this a.m.! Thanks!
What I do know is that I'm very capable of scaring the heck out of deer when I think I'm being still!

I was on a lease near Buchanan Dam years ago with guy who had Tourette's; his nickname was Clicker.

He was as good a hunter as any of us, he killed just as many deer and hogs, had the same amount of fun and did the same amount of work; he was a pretty good prankster as well. When he got would up telling a story it was something else!

I think it is a legitimate question, but I don't think I would ask a total stranger about it at a bow shop; but then again, if you are in a bow shop you are usually among pretty straightforward people, so maybe I would.

I don't have Tourettes ..but I do have kids...
Animals are like people... there are spooky ones that will jump and twerk at any little thing...and others that as long as its not appearing to be a threat will ignore it.
I also know that hogs, don't care abut cuss words yelled and stomping of feet coming from a tree stand when one drops his release 20' down...

Agree with others, not something I would ask a total stranger.

My dad has Tourettes. He is 90yrs now and if you didn't know it, you wouldn't know. When he was younger, he would scare the crap out of us while he was driving. My nephew also has it. His is real noticeable. He resembles Twitch the dirt biker.
