      Sounds like the Columbia river. You'll be close to Oregon as I'm only like 5 hours from Seattle.

                I lived in WA, the best fishing for me was Skagit River at mouth near Mount Vernon, Skagit County... This is North of Seattle... it's largest stream tributary to*Puget Sound. I landed a 28lb King Salmon wade fishing when the tide was low. Amazing fishing on that river when fish are running.

                            Mule deer spot has fires about 45 minutes away. The blacktail spot is a long ways from the fires. I'm in standby right now for fighting fires due to them getting worse. There are fires about an hour from my house.

                              Been gone elk and deer hunting. Been close to elk numerous times just hasn't come together. My good buddy was able to tag this fantastic Oregon public land OTC bull. His biggest yet.
