And the name of the restaurant is.......

Shuck Me, I have a member on here trying to come up with a logo, it will be a animated oyster of some sort. There were a lot of good names suggested on this site, i settled on this one after saying it accidentally after getting some bad news at work, lol, my girl in the office said, hey that would be a good name for your seafood joint, so that is what we decided on. Construction started three weeks ago, they have about 60 percent of the metal studs and framing done, we are thinking about 4-5 months before we open, who knows for sure with all the hold ups some cities can put you through. Maybe one day we can have one of those TBH gatherings at this place, I happen to know a guy who could arrange special pricing.

585 N Randol Mill, well it may be changed to Davis Blvd as soon as the road is finished, i know they changed it on the north end going through Westlake.

You need to come up with some contest to see how many oysters those Southlake soccer Moms can shuck

I hope I can get some of them to come into the place, the outside probably will not appeal to them too much, now the inside will be very nice and rustic.

I have an awesome GM and a chef already in place, I am pretty excited about the deal, originally it was going to be a BBQ joint, the road construction project took so long that my BBQ guy went another direction, i think it was a blessing in disguise, too many BBQ joints around here now, we are going to have a great menu and atmosphere, we will feature several oyster dishes, hence the name Shuck Me.
