Ordered front basket Monday and followed up with text/phone call Friday...anyone else having hard time reaching John?

It seems he is hit or miss.
Some folks love him, others not so much.

I know of at least 2 folks that had problems with him.
One paid for his roof, but after several months never got it so he cancelled the order.
The other got his roof put on the same day as mine. He had John install a led light bar in the rear of the roof. The light bar was hitting the roll bar and was angled down to where it shined only in the bed of the Ranger. It was impossible to adjust because of it being jammed up against the roll bar.
He didn't notice it till he got it home. He tried to contact John, but John would not return his emails or calls.

saw this was an issue a few years back when I was looking for a roof since the one that was on my dads sxs was from them but went a different route when I saw this had been going on. my buddy had the same issue after talking to him at the hunting show and we are 20 min from where they are located. Its a shame because we have had a lot of people ask where dad got his accessories but when we warn them about the lack of communication im sure they miss out on a lot of business

Any other recommendations to buy UTV accessories? Was pumped triple c was local.

Triple C makes a really good product but communication is awful. It took me about 4 months to finally get my ranger roof from him after paying in full up front.

The High $, Ranger roof rack we bought from that shop didn't hold up all that well. A half dozen of the welds had broken after 1 season.

Sean Tenery built our ranger roof, and we are very happy with the quality and timeliness. I think his handle is Sean on tbh. His shop is in Midlothian.

Triple C did my Mule's roof with LEDs, front rack and front replacement bumper. Communication was excellent. Quality is excellent. It took a week from start to finish from the time I dropped it off. My experience seems to be different than most but I am really pleased with everything he did for me.
