I think that's a Bullocks oriole, not sure without locating and digging out a book or two.

Bullock's Oriole. The tail has less black and less black on the head area than the Scott's Oriole. Also more white on the wings.

How about one more. The pics aren't very good on this one. It is much brighter green color in person. Pics don't show much green.
