Had that happen several years ago. We were skinning a medium size hog after dark and the police roll in and tell us someone complained about us skinning a dog. Told him it was a hog not a dog. He laughed and said just hurry up so he doesn't get any more calls.

When I lived in the country club in town many years ago, I went hunting, the wife was in town shopping, I brought a deer home and was skinning and quartering it in the driveway. The neighbors were more curious than anything, but the wife freaked out when she got home and saw several neighbors watching me.I never had a problem after that.
