Poison oak or sumac?

i thought i got into one of those last summer, tore my arms up like i've never seen and i've had poison ivy a lot. nasty blisters, itched like crazy, even left scars. weird thing is on my left forearm, where i had it pretty bad, it still itches to this day to the point that i will wake up in the middle of the night scratching it. it seems to have really flared up the last 2 months or so. no visible rash or anything, just unreal itching.
