    Push Pole recommendations

Looking for a reasonably priced push pole not looking to spend 1000$ but I need a good quality push pole for my 21ft majek RFL. I'm guessing I'd need to go 23' ?? Any opinions or recommendations would greatly appreciated! Thanks guys

I've got a super stick and I like it a lot, I've also used a stuffy and it was nice as well.

Is your intended use just to maneuver the boat around a bit in water too shallow to run the motor? That's a big boat to actually stalk fish while poling, especially with any wind. If that's all you're wanting to do that super stick might be fine. If you want a true push pole, mudhole's MHX 21' pole seems pretty decent for $400, you epoxy the pieces together yourself.

It might be worth borrowing a push pole to see how your boat handles before you drop much $ though, I imagine you aren't going to have a whole lot of fun with it.

Ya it's a heavier boat but not too bad since it's a flat bottomed boat. Used a cheaper stiffy it worked alright just wasn't sure if there was a cheaper version but just as good. I saw that mud hole x push pole too looked pretty cool just wasn't sure how well it was made

I use a 21' black Stiffy graphite. It is awesome and light. Worth every penny.
I tried the cheaper white stiffy fiberglass version once and it was too heavy.
I pole 4-5 hours a day when I go out in my NewWater Stilt.
I keep the fiberglass Stiffy under my ranch house as back up.
If you're ever near Baffin, you're welcome to try it out.

I'm always in Baffin! My boat is in riviera.

Stiffy use to sell factory seconds might check with them and see if they still offer them.
