Battery alternator question

I drove it around to charge the battery. I am going to drive it some more today and then have it checked again. I don't like that it failed one of the alternator checks. I will try to remember which check it fails this time.

Wish me luck. I took it to work today and realized I don't have jumper cables.

Your alternator voltage is too low, it should be 13.6 to 14. It will probable be worse this afternoon in the heat. Plus, alternators purpose isn't to charge a dead battery, it is to top off the battery and help run the accessories.
