Powerstroke Guru's, help me identify a part.

I have a 6.4L Powerstroke and I have a hose in the engine bay that is missing a filter/intake but not sure what it is called.

If anyone can help identify this part I would really appreciate it.

The plastic part circled in red is the one in question.
