    Any antique lock guys here?

Found this lock on a construction site they are doing work on downtown. I haven't tried to clean it other than rinsing with water. The only thing I know is that it's brass. Can anyone here tell me anything about it?

It is really neat. I'm surprised its not seized up. Cool find.

I'm really fighting myself not to lock it lol. I'm sure I can get it to close. I don't have a key for it

Upper right corner. "Ironsides" in different models. I'm digging a little deeper.

What I can tell you with absolute certainty about that lock is two things.

          1) it's old
          2) it's unlocked

          That's all I got. Lol

Be nice to get it cleaned up and operational with keys---put it on grandma's old cedar chest, etc.

Might be an "Eagle" also. Location of the rivets are about the same on both.

Ok so we have verified that it's a six lever

Looks like it could be a E. T. FRAIM LOCK CO. too

L&N and LUTHE are also possibilities.

It's looking like best case scenario it's $50. I'm gonna leave it as is and hang it somewhere
